The Rio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas Nevada, is owned by Caesars Palace and named after the city of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. The Rio’s management was looking for a distinctive environment for it’s pool area. Mark MacKay, represented by Alexander & Associates, was commissioned to develop this unique centerpiece for one of the Rio’s world-class pools.
